Shipping Policy

We ship via Australia Post with tracking on all parcels.

Click & Collect: This service is not available

Processing Time:

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days. Please allow up to 15 business days during peak periods such as Christmas.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • All returns must be approved before being sent back

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
